Betty Louise Striley, a longtime resident of Laguna Beach, passed away with her family by her bedside Feb. 18 at the age of 86.
A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day, at Seven-Degrees from 2-6 p.m.
